Frequently asked questions
- Is my video recorded or uploaded?
- No. The camera feed stays on your device and is never sent anywhere — the test runs entirely in your browser.
- Why can't the test see my camera?
- Make sure you allowed camera access, that no other app such as Teams or Zoom is using the camera, and that your browser has permission in your system settings.
- Which browsers work?
- Any modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari — on desktop or mobile.
